Spiritual awakening isn't tied right down to a faith as some people might think. People see the word spiritual and they instantly conclude this is something for the spiritual or for the highly spiritual people. The spirituality of the self through spiritual awareness relates never to the faith of an individual but to the consciousness or knowing of being, the recognition this 1 exists. Different religious beliefs do have their own versions of religious awakening. Most are rooted on their own sets of religious doctrines and axioms. Some attended to a enlightenment through meditations and self actualizations. To them religious awareness is the elimination of whatever layers or walls we have that cover or conceal our true selves. It is getting the experience of peace, the calmness, the happiness, and completeness. One person has therefore beautifully put it as waking up through a large bump to head. That of course is a too simplistic method to describe the experience. Spiritual awareness isn't the end of the end. It is in fact can be seen as only a stepping stone where you can provide change to the environmental surroundings and other people you are now living in. In certain religions, spiritual awakening is the pre-requisite to spiritual healing. If spiritual awakening may be the finding of one's true self, the spiritual healing part could be the part where you obtain all the positive physical, mental and spiritual elements and use them to call home a, healthy, and fulfilling life. It's important that this person pass to others these good powers to advertise spiritual healing to all. You will find religions that will suggest if not require individuals to accompany spiritual healing with going and prayers to their church. They demand that desires will provide or reinforce the principles they need to repeat, achieve and maintain religious awakening. For Christians, religious awakening can also be accomplished upon realization that they begin to repent and are sinners. They have this enlightenment that God is the only true course and going to back to him and being devoted to the doctrines of the Church is the solution to spiritual healing. This is, obviously, just one religion interpreting the essence of spiritual awakening. One cannot say that their interpretation is wrong for the knowledge is a subjective one based precisely on interpretations of what should and shouldn't be. Now those people who are much less attuned to religious influences think that spiritual awakening can be achieved through meditations. Through meditation, interior peace and serenity are accomplished. Healing is possible as well. But meditation is just a step towards spiritual awareness. One has to go further in to the process to achieve the true enlightenment as some individuals would rather think. Yoga can come in methods and different forms. Theres the concept meditation where you need to repeat a particular sound which attracts your mind before that meditative state is reached by you. Theres the trataka relaxation technique where rather than noise, you've got to concentrate his attention or mind on a particular subject. For alternative interpretations, consider glancing at: transformational life coach training. This method has been used in yesteryear by a quantity of beliefs. Chakra meditation on the one hand is more of power based mediation where the purpose is to open the chakra points in the body to attain a higher level of awakening of the mind. Spiritual awakening and religion are linked but depending on the religion along with the method and techniques, the presentation of spiritual awakening varies. But a very important factor is for certain, obtaining spiritual wakening results to having a confident outlook in life making residing in this world happier and more material.
