Spring Cleaning - hard work but such a great pay-off!

Spring-cleaning: for some an undertaking for others a pleasure. I discovered this habit at an earlier age. Now, the notion of spring-cleaning evokes memories. The cold inhibiting days of cold temperatures were ushered out-with an annual farm ritual: spring-cleaning, when I was a youngster, back the land of four times and none of them rain (Manitoba). No part of our house was left untouched by dusters, brooms, wash brushes, towels and other cleaning guns. Every inch of closet was emptied, selections were take-n, value was evaluated, areas were washed and washed, and then those outfits that were still 'good' were prepared in a helpful and efficient way.
